HR Assistant - Part Time

We’re now looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. Reporting to the People Manager in the UK, you’ll play a key role in shaping our people strategy, supporting leaders, and driving engagement across all PAM Group companies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering with managers to address people-related challenges and provide expert HR guidance.
• Supporting case management, restructures, succession planning, and change initiatives.
• Delivering tailored HR solutions to improve team performance and productivity.
• Building strong relationships across the business to influence and support positive outcomes.
• Acting as a key point of contact for HR expertise, particularly in complex case management.
• Coaching leaders to enhance business efficiency and employee experience.
• Driving engagement and evaluating workforce needs in line with business goals.
• Providing HR system support and ensuring accurate data management.

What We’re Looking For:

• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred, or proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role.
• Experience supporting managers with people initiatives and change management.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently and collaboratively
