We are currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Assistant to provide support to the Human Resources Department. The successful applicant will provide support on all HR administration duties including:

Monday - Friday, x40 hours per week - Hybrid role 2/3 days a week Mandarin Court, Warrington

Vacancy Details:

HR administrative support for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employment changes and updates through to processing colleagues who leave the business.

Being the first point of contact for HR queries across all business areas with appropriate escalation where required.

Updating and reporting on employee data.

Collation of monthly changes to be reported to payroll for processing.

Maintain and update company Intranet with monthly developments and communications.

Assisting the wider People team with a variety of HR projects.

HR systems support, set ups and updates.

Support for all other general HR support activities.

Understanding of the HR function and key responsibilities.

Strong communication skills.

Willingness to learn and develop within your career.

Analytical and Problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

Highly organised with a proactive natured based approach

Maintain confidentially and adhere to the Data Protection Act at all times

Candidates that wish to apply for this role should possess the following;

Experience of working within a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience working under pressure and to tight timescales

Strong Organisation Skills

Good attention to detail
