Job overview

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the school’s UCAS strategy and application process, including references and submissions.
• Provide individual and group guidance to students and parents on course selection, university choices, and personal statements.
• Conduct mock interviews for competitive programmes (e.g., Oxbridge, Medicine, Law).
• Build and maintain relationships with UK universities and coordinate visits, fairs, and outreach events.
• Represent the school at Open House events, delivering compelling presentations to parents.
• Report application outcomes and strategic insights to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by the Senior Leadership Team.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working in an educational environment.
• Strong knowledge of the UCAS system and UK university admissions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional networks.
