Main duties of the job
You will gain full exposure to all areas of OT across our beautiful island as your role rotates through our various clinics, including orthopaedics, medical care rehabilitation, stroke and adult community therapies. Be promoted to Band 6 within 2 years. The Band 5 Annex T posts are development posts where you will undergo a period of preceptorship with the aim of gaining the competencies required to fulfil a Band 6 position. During this period, you will be assessed and if you meet the competencies there will be an increase in your salary as you progress up to Band 6.
A generous annual leave entitlement starting at 27 days and 10 Public Holidays.
Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, the IOM Public Service offers two pension arrangements: the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011 or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement.
