Main duties of the job
As Team Lead, you will guide and inspire a talented, supportive group of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Assistants. Our integrated approach is well recognised and highly valued by the wider MDT, and you will be central to driving continued excellence and visibility for the therapy service.
You will benefit from strong professional support from our Clinical Specialist OTs and Physios, alongside our experienced Band 8 Acute Therapy Leads, ensuring you have the mentorship, resources, and strategic backing needed to shape and grow the service.
