We are currently seeking an Elementary School Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to our elementary/primary school students, helping them navigate social, emotional, and academic challenges while promoting their overall well-being.

Education Stage: Elementary/Primary School
Position Type: Full-time

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 3 years of experience working as a school counselor or in a similar role within an educational setting
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate counseling techniques for elementary-aged children
- Experience with Common Core curriculum is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, teachers, and staff from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to develop individualized support plans addressing social-emotional needs of students
- Skilled in conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and referral processes when necessary
- Proficient organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases confidentially

Salary range
