Dragon School has an exciting opportunity for an ELSA to join the team.

The Dragon seeks to appoint a compassionate and dedicated Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to support children's social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs through in class provision and small group interventions. Working under the direction of the Mental Health Lead, the successful candidate will play a vital role in developing children's emotional literacy, self-esteem, resilience, and social communication skills, fostering positive mental health and wellbeing across the Dragon community.
