What You'll Be Doing:Join the team as an Educational Psychologist and play a key role in supporting children and families across Lincolnshire. In this role, you will:• conduct educational psychology assessments in schools and homes• complete detailed observation-based reports and recommendations• provide expert input into tribunal work where required• collaborate with schools, families and multi-agency professionals to support positive outcomes• balance site visits with report writing from home
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:• HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist• a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience• experience working both privately and within local authority settings• strong knowledge of tribunal processes and report writing• excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly across different environments
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This position offers an ongoing contract with a requirement of around 17 hours per month, including site visits for assessments and flexible working for report writing.
