
DayOne Occupational Health Nurse
Are you a compassionate and proactive RGN looking to make a real difference in workplace health and wellbeing? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurse to join a dynamic team supporting employees from day one of their journey.
About the Role:
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be at the forefront of employee health, supporting individuals from their first day and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling absence calls in a 24/7 centre
Reviewing and processing Fit4Jobs pre-employment questionnaires
Interpreting and managing blood test results
Conducting health assessments and supporting return-to-work processes
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote a healthy workplace
What We’re Looking For:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration
Enhanced DBS clearance
Minimum 6 months of UK-based nursing experience
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
A genuine passion for occupational health and employee wellbeing
What to Expect:
Clinic hours typically run 9am–5pm, with flexibility depending on client needs
Appointment volumes vary by client
30-minute lunch break each day
