Alleyn's School, based in Dulwich, South London, are seeking a Counsellor to work as part of our pastoral team to provide one to one counselling to pupils across the both the Senior School and Junior Schools from January 2026.
The successful candidate will have or be working towards appropriate accreditation with BACP, UKCP, APC, BAAT or similar, and hold or be working towards a post graduate qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy. A friendly demeanor fitting with the ethos of the School and a welcoming and non-judgmental attitude are crucial.
The job is available on a part time basis, working 1 or 2 days a week, term time only. This is a fixed term position for two terms, running from 8 January 2026 to 2 July 2026. Availability on Fridays is essential.
The starting salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
