Job overview

Croydon High is seeking to appoint an experienced Counsellor to play a vital role in the school's pastoral team.
You will provide one-to-one and small group counselling to pupils throughout the junior and senior schools, working 21.6 hours per week over 3 days, during term-time only.

You will also meet and liaise and share your expertise and insights with a nationally recognised counselling service who offer therapeutic support at the school.
This position would suit an experienced school counsellor, or a professional seeking a change of practice.

To be considered for this role, you will need a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling/Psychotherapy, plus accreditation with one of the following professional bodies: BACP, UKCP, BPS.
