Reporting Structure
This role sits within the Education and Development Team, part of the Human Resources function at PAM Group. You will report to the Clinical Educational Director and ultimately to the People Director. Collaboration will span across PAM Group, with a primary focus on Occupational Health.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and develop training programmes for internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders, with a focus on Occupational Health and preventative workplace wellbeing.
Mentor and support OH trainees in areas such as health surveillance, assessments, immunisations, phlebotomy, and management referrals.
Conduct performance reviews, competency assessments, audits, and clinical supervision.
Facilitate remote and occasional face-to-face training sessions.
Lead working groups to identify training needs and improve clinical practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery across PAM.
Support the induction of new staff and contribute to their ongoing development.
Stay informed on current evidence-based practices to uphold clinical excellence.
Represent PAM in external working groups and professional forums.
Assist clinicians with revalidation processes.
Contribute to PAM Academy communications, including newsletters and updates.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
Experience & Qualifications
Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Occupational Health.
Hold a relevant Occupational Health qualification (degree or diploma).
Proven experience in multidisciplinary environments, including management referrals, report writing, health surveillance, and immunisation programmes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience in delivering training is desirable; full support will be provided.
Skilled in managing internal and external communications.
Organised, deadline-driven, and customer-focused.

Salary range
- £44,000 - £45,000 per year
