Are you a compassionate, HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to join a multidisciplinary team at a well-established inpatient mental health facility in Southampton. This is a rewarding role supporting individuals experiencing acute mental health difficulties and eating disorders.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-to-one psychological interventions on a specialist inpatient eating disorder ward.

• Group Therapy: Lead and facilitate evidence-based therapeutic groups across both eating disorder and general adult acute mental health wards.

• Reflective Practice: Participate in and facilitate reflective sessions, including regular DBT consultation meetings.

• Experience delivering therapy groups based on CBT, DBT, and/or ACT frameworks

• Previous work in NHS outpatient or inpatient mental health services

• Interest or experience in eating disorder treatment (desirable but not essential)

This role offers a chance to gain unique experience in acute mental health and specialist eating disorder care, with support and development from an experienced psychology team.
