Behaviour Mentor Assistant - Education and Training

We are looking for a motivated Behaviour Mentor Assistant to join a supportive school team in Tower Hamlets. This role is focused on working with secondary-aged children who have challenging behaviour and require additional emotional and behavioural support to thrive in their education.
As a Behaviour Mentor Assistant based in Tower Hamlets, you will provide one-to-one and group support to help students manage their behaviour, engage positively in learning, and develop essential social skills. You will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams to implement behaviour strategies and support pupils' progress.

Key Responsibilities - Behaviour Mentor Assistant - Education and Training
Provide support to secondary-aged pupils with challenging behaviour
Assist with implementing behaviour management plans and tailored interventions
Support pupils in the classroom and during social times to promote positive behaviour
Work closely with SEN staff and teachers to encourage pupil engagement and progress
Help develop pupils' social and emotional skills through targeted support
