About Us:

We are working with a proud, diverse and vibrant school within the Heart of Ilford. They are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their primary team as they focus on the progress of their pupils with challenging behaviour. As a Behaviour Mentor, you would be responsible for supporting pupils across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with behaviour across the school
• Putting sanctions in place
• Provide one-on-one support to children with SEMH
• Build relationships with both staff and children

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Background in SEMH and behaviour
• Experience in supporting primary aged children with SEN
• Good understanding of Behaviour Management
• Confident in supporting pupils with complex behaviour
