About Us:
Our school in Barking and Dagenham has an exciting, new opportunity available to work with pupils with SEMH. They are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their primary team as they focus on the progress of their SEN pupils. As a Behaviour Mentor, you would be responsible for supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SEMH across KS1/ KS2
- Differentiate activities according to each child s individual needs
- Provide one-on-one support to children with SEMH
- Liaise with the class teachers to successfully support the pupils
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in SEMH and behaviour
- Experience in supporting primary aged children with SEN
- Good understanding of Behaviour Management
- Confident in supporting pupils with complex behaviour
