The Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs. You will work closely with teaching staff, the pastoral team, and parents to create a safe and supportive environment that encourages positive choices and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to students with behavioural challenges
- Implement tailored behaviour support strategies
- Assist in developing and maintaining a positive school culture
- Support classroom teachers with managing behaviour and maintaining engagement
- Act as a role model and trusted adult for students in need of additional guidance
We are looking for someone who is:
- Calm, patient, and confident in managing challenging behaviour
- Passionate about supporting the wellbeing and development of young people
- Experienced in working with secondary-age students (in a school or youth work setting)
- Able to build strong, respectful relationships with students and staff
- Available full-time from September 2025
- A competitive daily rate of £95 £125, depending on experience
