ANZUK Education are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in shaping the futures of students who need guidance, encouragement, and positive role models.

Locations: Caterham, Surrey

Pay: £95-£110 per day

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build positive relationships with students to support their social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils to implement behaviour intervention strategies
  • Help manage challenging behaviour in the classroom and around the school
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to develop and deliver tailored support plans
  • Monitor and record student progress, contributing to behaviour reviews and reports
  • Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with behavioural or emotional needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and assertive under pressure
  • A proactive and resilient attitude
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., in youth work, education, psychology, sports coaching) are desirable but not essential
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
