Day Rate: 90- 105 per day
Contract: Long-term to permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, fostering a positive learning atmosphere and implementing effective behaviour strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships with students, acting as a positive role model.
- Develop and implement individual behaviour support plans and SEMH interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents on consistent behaviour management.
- Promote positive behaviours and reinforce school values and expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Relevant training in behaviour management, youth work, or mental health support is highly desirable.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role supporting students with SEMH or challenging behaviour.
- Soft Skills: Resilience, empathy, patience, strong communication, rapport-building, and de-escalation skills.
