The Mental Health in Schools Support Teams (MHST) is an initiative funded by NHS England, Health Education England and partners, with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community. MHST's have been set up to offer cognitive behaviour (CBT) interventions to children, young people and their families with low-moderate mental health difficulties.
