Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner - Early Help Pathway Near Liverpool

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health are looking for a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to join an Early Help service near Liverpool. This is a full-time locum role, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, fully office-based.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Complete CAMHS Early Help assessments for children and young people

• Develop and implement care and support plans

• Provide advice, guidance, and signposting to families and carers

• Record accurate documentation on NHS systems

• Work with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care

Requirements & Qualifications:

• NMC, HCPC or Social Work England registration (RMN, Social Worker, OT or equivalent)

• CAMHS experience desirable, though transferable skills and willingness to learn will be considered

• Strong risk assessment and communication skills

• Car driver preferred (role is office-based only)

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9-5. The contract is 3-6 months initially, with the possibility of extension based on performance and service need.
