- Provide 1:1 and small-group support within classrooms to help students engage positively with their learning.
- Promote emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence using restorative and therapeutic techniques.
- Support teachers in managing challenging behaviour and identifying emotional or behavioural triggers.
- Collaborate with on-site Psychologists, Therapists, and Education Specialists, gaining valuable professional experience in a school environment.
