This role offers the opportunity to work closely with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language difficulties, and other additional learning needs.

About the Role

As an Aspiring Educational Psychologist in Milton Keynes, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Working alongside teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals, you will gain first-hand experience of the strategies and interventions used to support children with a wide range of learning and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to support learning, communication, and emotional regulation.
  • Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other SEN requirements.
  • Assist in implementing personalised learning and behaviour support plans.
  • Encourage positive social interactions, confidence, and independence.
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to monitor pupil progress.
  • Gain exposure to educational psychology principles and specialist intervention strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this Aspiring Educational Psychologist role in Milton Keynes, you should have:
