About Us
Our Mission & Vision
At Harmonia Careers, we believe that mental health and wellbeing matter - not just for those seeking care, but for the professionals who provide it. Our mission is to bring clarity and connection to mental health and wellbeing careers in the UK — helping professionals find the right opportunities, and helping employers hire with confidence.

Why it matters
The UK wider psychological wellbeing and mental health workforce is complex.
While frameworks continue to evolve to better standardise the counselling, psychotherapy and wider psychological wellbeing sector, it remains largely self-regulated. As a result, job titles and role requirements vary widely, and professional registration is often the primary signal of competence.
Professional associations, regulatory bodies and the PSA play a vital role in maintaining training and practice standards. However, employability is still shifting — shaped by portfolio careers, mixed settings, and non-linear pathways that aren’t always easy to navigate.
That’s why we’re building a specialist platform designed around how the sector actually works: verified practitioner profiles, clearer career pathways, and smarter role visibility — all in one place.
